The 2018 Industry Educator of the Year, received his real estate license in 2009 and has taught over 900 Continuing Education classes since 2016. Eric embraces and promotes the principle of growth taught to him early in life on his family farm. His heart for educating and speaking life into people, companies, and situations provides a unique approach to teaching CE classes through stories and experiences. Eric lives by the motto, "Stop living small, LIVE GIGANTIC!" He believes with the proper education and motivation we all can reach our intended destination.
LaKeiya is an Enrolled Agent, or Federal taxation expert, with over 25 years tax experience. With Undergraduate and Master’s degree in Accounting, she brings a wealth of knowledge to business development and tax planning that provide optimal solutions from inception. She developed and managed a billion-dollar compliance department for a flagship university, recovered millions of dollars as a forensic accountant, was a Tax and Accounting Professor and Chief Financial Officer at another University. She is a sitting member of a University Board of Directors. LaKeiya has worked in various industries including professional sports, entertainment, corporate, public, and private sectors. Her passion is ensuring her clients maximize profits and minimize risks.
Corey Moore has provided targeted strategies and financial consulting to small business owners since 2005. He is passionate about equipping clients with the knowledge and tools that promote business growth. Through his company, Fortune Financial Group, Mr. Moore creates strategies for effective and efficient budgets, lowering tax liabilities, and increasing business revenue. His methods are so effective that Atlanta Tribune Magazine named Fortune Financial Group ‘Best Accounting Firm’ for 2010 and 2011.
Yadira Viera has been a Georgia bilingual real estate agent since 2020 and a coach for La Rosa Realty Georgia's new agents since early 2023. She has a designation in Real Estate negotiations and is passionate about teaching. She has a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Higher Education from the University of Puerto Rico. Yadira is an experienced educator with over 18 years teaching ESL – English as a Second Language, Administrative, and Business-related courses. She is the published author of the book Getting Old in Another Language. Yadira is an adoptive momma of three beautiful kids and is an advocate for foster children who need a forever home.
After a successful career in the Marine Corps Andrew became a Real Estate Agent in 2014. He is has since sold homes all over the Metro Atlanta Area and in 2017 received his Broker’s license. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Financial Economics from Southern Illinois University and is active with their Alumni Association. A very active member of the Atlanta REALTOR’s Association has been on the Training and Education board since 2019, and is a Graduate of 2021 ARA Emerging Leaders Course. Originally from Marietta Georgia, Andrew is a resident of Sandy Springs. Andrew’s brings a love of Real Estate Professionals to our school and a desire to help elevate the prestige of Real Estate Practitioners.
Rich Munroe
Rich Munroe, an Air BNB Ambassador & Community Leader, has over twenty years of experience with acquiring and improving over four hundred distressed properties. He is the managing member of Diamond Edge Properties, an Atlanta based real estate investment firm that specializes in the acquisition, management, and hosting of short-term rental properties in Georgia and Florida growing a portfolio up to seventy-five properties. Rich also provides coaching and consulting services on short-term rentals with BNB Investing Group. He serves as President of the Atlanta Metro Short Term Rental Alliance and is a frequent speaker at industry events and is also involved with state and federal legislative initiatives.

Kandie Martin is a Georgia native, moving to Atlanta in 1997. She put her modeling career on hold to get into the Information Technology field and for over 20 years. She started her first business in 2009. In 2015, she created Leave It To Kandie, LLC and started managing comedians and actors. In 2020, she started concentrating on the social media management portion of her company and Kandie Enterprises was birthed. Kandie has been nominated for ATL Hottest Manager, winner of URBAN CEO Most Talented CEO (2019) and recipient of Urban CEO Founders Award for 2020. She is the Co-Author of Wake Up Winning 1&2.
