D. Lamar Handy, owner and founder of D.L. Handy Foundation, Inc. and Eric Keese, owner of Live Gigantic Enterprises, LLC, have parterned to create The UPLIFT Seminar Series in an effort to present positive messages in the community. Our panelist are men from all walks of life who are coming together to help UPLIFT the community with an open discussion about this Grown Man Game.
The topics of discussion will be as follows:
1.) Improve ways for black men to have open discussions
2.) How to remove the “Mama’s Boy” astigmatism and encourage men to be KINGS
3.) Discuss ways the community can help save our black men (dealing with mental health, acceptance, & belonging)
The panel includes be former UGA and current professional basketball player Rashaad Singelton. Beyond the basketball court, Mr. Singleton is a 7-time best selling published author and entrepreneur. He will share his story and struggles with overcoming personal and professional stigmas during his international travels.
