Eric Keese 

The 2018 Industry Educator of the Year, received his real estate license in 2009 and has taught over 400 Continuing Education classes since 2016. Eric embraces and promotes the principle of growth taught to him early in life as a farmer. His heart for teaching and speaking life into people, companies, and situations provides a unique approach to teaching CE classes through stories and experiences. Eric lives by the motto, "Stop living small, LIVE GIGANTIC!" He believes with the proper education and motivation we all can reach our intended destination.

Corey Moore

Corey Moore has provided targeted strategies and financial consulting to small business owners since 2005. He is passionate about equipping clients with the knowledge and tools that promote business growth. Through his company, Fortune Financial Group, Mr. Moore creates strategies for effective and efficient budgets, lowering tax liabilities, and increasing business revenue. His methods are so effective that Atlanta Tribune Magazine named Fortune Financial Group ‘Best Accounting Firm’ for 2010 and 2011.

Dr. Lee Davenport

Dr. Lee Davenport is an award-winning real estate educator and thought leader with degrees in business administration and legal studies. She speaks internationally at various business meetings, universities as a guest professor, real estate associations, realty firms, and real estate conferences. Dr. Lee has been featured in numerous publications such as Huffington Post, South Philly Review, The Detroit News, and the Atlanta Journal Constitution. Dr. Lee has giving heart and is known for helping agents learn and apply technology to grow their business. She is a member of the International Coach Federation, the leading global organization dedicated to advancing the coaching profession through high ethical standards.

Tammie Prieto

Providing special care and attention to each of her clients is Tammie Preito’s number one priority. She makes sure she is delivering superior service from application to close for both real estate professionals and clients. She is originally from Ventura, CA and currently resides in Covington, GA. Tammie has been in the housing industry for over 12 years, became an Associate Broker in 2015. She is looking forward to using her previous real estate experience to train agents on how critical their role is in the mortgage process. She is dedicated to helping her clients achieve the dream of homeownership by making the loan process as seamless as possible.

LaKeiya Keese

LaKeiya Keese, EA received her Undergraduate and Masters Degrees in Accounting. She has managed billions of dollars as the Compliance Manager; developed and implemented Internal Control Policies & Procedures for companies; resolved IRS tax matters; provided accounting services to small businesses; prepared tax returns and provided tax planning from individuals to million dollar corporations. LaKeiya’s main focus has been educating and empowering her clients. Her passion is helping business owners grow and flourish. Being an Enrolled Agent (federal taxation expert) and Certified QuickBooks Proadvisor enables her clients to experience peace of mind regarding taxation and accounting so they can focus on their area of expertise.

Kimberly Dooley

Kimberly, a graduate of Central State University, worked for Auction.com for 8 years as a Bidder Services Regional Manager. Auction.com is the nation's leading online real estate marketplace dealing exclusively in the distressed properties space. She was responsible for business development, increasing sales and investor relations. She facilitated over 100 workshops and seminars educating investors across the Southeast on how to bid at both live and online auctions. Kimberly has been a real estate agent since 2007 and her specialty is new construction and first time home buyers. She prides herself on being a connector for people and helping her clients in any way she can. Her motto is "Life Begins at the End of Your Comfort Zone".

Meet Cayden Jacobs, owner of Impresmodo, a creative studio that specializes in connecting brand personalities and their visual identity in the market, by using a systematic design strategy. She creates​ ​forward-thinking design solutions for all of her clients. Her services include brand consulting, custom lead generating landing pages as well as custom website design and development. I aim for real long-term results over just deliverables. Cayden’s mission is for you to surpass your business branding and revenue goals.

Kandie Martin is a Georgia native, moving to Atlanta in 1997. She put her modeling career on hold to get into the Information Technology field and for over 20 years. She started her first business in 2009. In 2015, she created Leave It To Kandie, LLC and started managing comedians and actors. In 2020, she started concentrating on the social media management portion of her company and Kandie Enterprises was birthed. Kandie has been nominated for ATL Hottest Manager, winner of URBAN CEO Most Talented CEO (2019) and recipient of Urban CEO Founders Award for 2020. She is the CoAuthor of Wake Up Winning 1&2. 

Demi, a native of Fort Valley, has an Education degree from Georgia College State & University and taught in Bibb, Baldwin and Hancock County schools.  Demi is the Broker/ Owner of PSA Realty, LLC and takes pride in actively training agents to reach their desired potential in the real estate market. Because she has a strong desire to educate consumers about the home buying process, Demi conducts regular Homebuyers Workshops to connect consumers with experts in the real estate market and works hard for every transaction to be a “win-win” for all parties. She is compassionate to members of the military community and loves to give back and volunteer in the Houston County School district. 

Rochelle Wadlington

Rochelle Wadlington possesses over 10 years of real estate experience from buying and selling her own properties. She holds an active sales license in Georgia and South Carolina. Rochelle has a passion for informing her generation about the benefits of homeownership, as well as education. She considers herself a lifelong student and educator. Rochelle has a BS in Business Administration, Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Logistics as well as a Master of Military Operational Art and Sciences. Rochelle worked with USDA, Rural Development, and the US Air Force as a Logistics Manager with a range of responsibilities. She serves as a Lead Program Manager at Robins Air Force Base, where she’s responsible for prioritizing resources, managing an annual budget of approx. $80M.
