The 2018 Industry Educator of the Year, received his real estate license in 2009 and has taught over 900 Continuing Education classes since 2016. Eric embraces and promotes the principle of growth taught to him early in life on his family farm. His heart for educating and speaking life into people, companies, and situations provides a unique approach to teaching CE classes through stories and experiences. Eric lives by the motto, "Stop living small, LIVE GIGANTIC!" He believes with the proper education and motivation we all can reach our intended destination.
Quiada “Q” Turner has been a licensed Georgia real estate professional since April 2006 and currently serves as an Associate Broker, mentor, and real estate instructor. Q began her career in the banking industry in 1998, where she worked as a trainer before transitioning into real estate full-time in 2015. Since then, she has been recognized as a top-producing agent at her brokerages, including ranking among the top 10% for multiple years beginning in 2020 and consistently performing as a leading agent from 2015 through 2019. She believes learning should be interactive, engaging, and fun, and creates a classroom environment where students feel comfortable participating, asking questions, and applying what they learn to real-world situations. Outside of real estate, Q is the proud mother of two daughters and loves to travel. Her favorite destinations have been Bali and the Maldives.
Alysha Harvey, an illustrious CEO and the founder of Distinct Tax Consulting Group wields a potent mix of skill and savvy. She is the first black woman to be awarded as Certified Tax Strategist by AICTP (American Institute of Certified Tax Planners) in Georgia. As a business consultant, tax strategist, and accountant with over ten years of experience under her belt, Alysha boasts a prestigious educational background from Savannah State University and Kennesaw State University. Her extensive contributions extend nationwide as an esteemed Internal Revenue Service Enrolled Agent, where she has helped hundreds of small businesses upscale their operations, catapulting them from humble beginnings to generating millions in revenue.
Yadira Viera
Yadira Viera has been a Georgia bilingual real estate agent since 2020 and a coach for La Rosa Realty Georgia's new agents since early 2023. She has a designation in Real Estate negotiations and is passionate about teaching. She has a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Higher Education from the University of Puerto Rico. Yadira is an experienced educator with over 18 years teaching ESL – English as a Second Language, Administrative, and Business-related courses. She is the published author of the book Getting Old in Another Language. Yadira is an adoptive momma of three beautiful kids and is an advocate for foster children who need a forever home.
Andrew Gasper
After a successful career in the Marine Corps Andrew became a Real Estate Agent in 2014. He is has since sold homes all over the Metro Atlanta Area and in 2017 received his Broker’s license. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Financial Economics from Southern Illinois University and is active with their Alumni Association. A very active member of the Atlanta REALTOR’s Association has been on the Training and Education board since 2019, and is a Graduate of 2021 ARA Emerging Leaders Course. Originally from Marietta Georgia, Andrew is a resident of Sandy Springs. Andrew’s brings a love of Real Estate Professionals to our school and a desire to help elevate the prestige of Real Estate Practitioners.
Rich Munroe
Rich Munroe, an Air BNB Ambassador & Community Leader, has over twenty years of experience with acquiring and improving over four hundred distressed properties. He is the managing member of Diamond Edge Properties, an Atlanta based real estate investment firm that specializes in the acquisition, management, and hosting of short-term rental properties in Georgia and Florida growing a portfolio up to seventy-five properties. Rich also provides coaching and consulting services on short-term rentals with BNB Investing Group. He serves as President of the Atlanta Metro Short Term Rental Alliance and is a frequent speaker at industry events and is also involved with state and federal legislative initiatives.

Dawn Redmond, an Augusta, Georgia native, obtained her Real Estate License in 2017, she began as a general agent, then moved into new construction, becoming an onsite sales manager. Dawn acquired her Broker’s License in 2023. Her strategic approach to marketing, client education and exceptional relationship management skills have significantly contributed to her professional achievements, positioning her as a dynamic results-oriented professional. Dawn is ecstatic to share her knowledge and experience within the real estate community in her latest role as an Approved Instructor for the state of Georgia!
